Job Title: Lead, Program Management Job Code: 42113 Job Location: Greenville, TX Job Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: The Lead, Program Manager is responsible for leading large, complex, and high-visibility programs or projects with significant cross-functional coordination requirements. This role provides end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, business operations, risk management, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and delivery against cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This position serves as a leader and trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders and may mentor less experienced program managers across the organization. Essential Functions: • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or business operations • Ability to analyze and organize financial data • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting environment • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or cost performance analysis • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Ability to work overtime to support aggressive schedules • Manages preparation of proposals, and specifications of contract for periodic maintenance, aircraft requirements, and other aircraft configuration paperwork. • Responsible for analyzing bids, plus assisting in development of deliverables, schedule, and performance Statement of Work (SOW). • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of program. • Responsible for Subcontractors supporting the fleet in Depot/PDM at LHX Greenville Proper. • Acts as primary customer contact for program maintenance activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost and technical performance to ensure seamless execution. • Drives all phases of aircraft requirements and modification installation planning and execution from inception through completion. • Drives program planning to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. • Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. • Works with Functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to identify areas of improvement for systems and processes. • Effectively communicates with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customer.
