At the heart of Quebec's mining industry, help shape sustainable water management solutions for some of the most significant and complex projects in the Mining & Metals sector.

As a Water Management Team Lead - Mining & Metals, you will play a key role in developing a team of passionate professionals while contributing to technical excellence, business growth, and the delivery of projects that create meaningful value for our clients, communities, and the environment.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support projects related to water management, mining infrastructure, mine tailings, and environmental performance.

In addition to other project-related responsibilities, the primary duties of the Water Management Team Lead include:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of professionals specializing in mine water management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, continuous learning, and sustainable performance.
  • Support team members in their professional development and career growth objectives.
  • Optimize resource planning and utilization to support project success and business growth.
  • Contribute to strategic projects as a Water Management Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Director.
  • Collaborate with experts in water management, geotechnical engineering, mine tailings, environmental services, and infrastructure to develop integrated solutions.
  • Participate in the development of strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the mine water management practice.
  • Strengthen WSP's reputation by delivering innovative, sustainable, and client-focused solutions.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $142,089 - $195,373

MB & ON: $134,744 - $185,273

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $128,666 - $176,420
