Lead the transformation of mine closure and reclamation practices across Canada's most complex resource projects. As a Senior Consultant, Oil Sands Mine Reclamation, you will bring together multidisciplinary expertise to deliver innovative, end-to-end reclamation and closure solutions-from early-stage planning through to implementation and long-term monitoring.

This is a unique opportunity to act as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, influencing sustainable land outcomes while shaping the future of responsible resource development.
Your Impact
  • Lead the development and review of reclamation and closure strategies for oil sands and large-scale mining projects
  • Integrate multidisciplinary inputs to deliver cohesive, risk-informed closure plans across the full project lifecycle
  • Translate closure objectives into practical end land-use outcomes that meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations
  • Advise clients on regulatory strategy, submissions, and closure readiness while building long-term relationships
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and technical excellence
  • Support business growth through proposal development and identification of new opportunities in reclamation and closure services

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800

MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
