About the Team: The Stennis Test team designs, builds, and operates Relativity's propulsion and stage test stands. Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness. The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries. You'll work in a close-knit, dynamic environment where collaboration between technicians, operators, and engineers is not only encouraged, but expected. About the Role:- Lead the Production Control team in achieving operational goals, milestones, and process adherence across multiple workcenters
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in production flow, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional alignment
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve production control processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of production, inventory, and system data across ERP/MES/WMS platforms
- Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, inventory, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and minimize delays
- Support production activities on the shop floor and test stands, providing hands-on leadership to address real-time challenges
- Drive standardization of processes and best practices across sites
About You:- 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of safety and operational excellence
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proven track record of improving processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste (time, materials, cost, or energy)
- Strong computer literacy; able to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Nice to haves but not required:- Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems such as Infor LN, Manufacturo, or similar platforms
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or SQL querying
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and regulatory compliance
