Full Job Description
About the Team:

The Stennis Test team designs, builds, and operates Relativity's propulsion and stage test stands. Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness. The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries. You'll work in a close-knit, dynamic environment where collaboration between technicians, operators, and engineers is not only encouraged, but expected. As the company scales, the Stennis Test team becomes even more critical to unlocking our next phase of growth: proving out full-stage systems and paving the way for routine, reliable flights of Terran R.

About the Role:
  • Lead the Production Control team in achieving operational goals, milestones, and process adherence across multiple workcenters
  • Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in production flow, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional alignment
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve production control processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of production, inventory, and system data across ERP/MES/WMS platforms
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, planning, inventory, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and minimize delays
  • Support production activities on the shop floor and test stands, providing hands-on leadership to address real-time challenges
  • Drive standardization of processes and best practices across sites

About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of safety and operational excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Proven track record of improving processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste (time, materials, cost, or energy)
  • Strong computer literacy; able to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Nice to haves but not required:
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems such as Infor LN, Manufacturo, or similar platforms
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or SQL querying
  • Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and regulatory compliance

Successful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at our government partner location in Stennis, Mississippi.
