Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Business Partnership
  • Serve as the strategic technology partner for Quality and MAPs business leaders across Supply Chain Operations.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives and enterprise technology priorities.
  • Provide consultative leadership regarding business capabilities, technology investments, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Drive alignment between business needs and technology capabilities to maximize value realization and operational effectiveness.
  • Advocate for Quality and MAPs priorities while balancing enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Product Ownership & Delivery
  • Lead identification, analysis, prioritization, and documentation of complex business requirements for strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery priorities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including planning, development, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions meet customer needs, enterprise architectural standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive awareness and understanding of Quality and MAPs business functions across McKesson Technology.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple technology teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups and resolve competing priorities.
  • Lead governance discussions and provide executive-level updates regarding roadmap progress, risks, and strategic initiatives.

Program & Portfolio Management
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives supporting Quality and Supply Chain operations.
  • Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and innovation.

Risk, Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and quality management guidelines.
  • Partner with Quality teams to support regulatory requirements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementations and business process changes.


Minimum Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
  • Typically requires 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, business systems analysis, supply chain technology, ERP platforms, or related technology leadership roles.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders and driving technology-enabled transformation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Deep understanding of supply chain systems and business processes.
  • Expertise with enterprise ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including:
    • Order Management
    • Transportation Planning
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Distribution Operations
    • Inventory Management
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Understanding of how infrastructure, platforms, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture support business applications.
  • Strong product management, roadmap development, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Experience supporting regulated environments within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance and master data management concepts.
  • Experience supporting supply chain quality, compliance, or distribution operations.
