Full Job Description
The Lead Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of MarketPoint's data and analytics product portfolio (sales domain). This role oversees multiple data platforms that support sales reporting, analytics, operational insights, and decision-making across MarketPoint and enterprise partners. As a people leader, the Lead Product Manager leads a team of Product Owners and partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and enterprise leaders to prioritize investments, modernize data capabilities, and deliver measurable business value. This role will play a key leadership role in MarketPoint's ongoing cloud modernization journey through 2027.

The Lead Product Manager leads the full lifecycle of MarketPoint data products and platforms, from strategy and roadmap development through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization. This role is responsible for balancing business priorities, stakeholder needs, technical strategy, and delivery execution across multiple product teams. The position also provides leadership and coaching to Product Owners while guiding the organization's ongoing transition to modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Develop and maintain product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for MarketPoint data and analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners, providing guidance on product strategy, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery practices
  • Oversee a portfolio of data products and platforms supporting reporting, analytics, operational processes, and business decision-making across MarketPoint and enterprise partners
  • Partner with business leaders, analytics teams, and technology organizations to identify opportunities and establish product visions that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Prioritize product backlogs, investments, and enhancement efforts based on business value, strategic alignment, customer needs, and delivery capacity
  • Drive roadmap planning and execution for MarketPoint's cloud modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy data assets and capabilities to cloud-based platforms
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product planning, development, testing, implementation, and adoption activities
  • Establish and monitor product KPIs, success metrics, and value realization measures to evaluate product effectiveness and guide future investments
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, priorities, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Facilitate alignment across multiple business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for MarketPoint data, analytics, reporting, and data product capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement of product management practices, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement processes
  • Support organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and OKR execution through effective product leadership and prioritization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, analytics, or related experience
  • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, user story development, and sprint planning (JIRA and Azure Dev Ops)
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable product capabilities and technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Planner
  • Passion for delivering customer-centered solutions and driving continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting MarketPoint business processes, operations, systems, or analytics
  • Experience with healthcare, Medicare, sales, marketing, or customer engagement data domains
  • Experience working with enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • SAFe Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar certification
  • Experience defining KPIs, success metrics, and outcome-based measurement frameworks
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience working with data-driven products and analytics-focused teams
  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
