Full Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Product Lead to own growth for CLEAR's Aviation business. You will define and execute the strategy for acquiring, converting, and expanding CLEAR members across our digital channels and partner ecosystem.

This role owns the end-to-end digital acquisition funnel-from awareness and purchase through activation and upsell-while building experimentation into a core product capability. You will also lead the product strategy for strategic acquisition partnerships, including corporate travel programs, airlines, hotels, OTAs, and embedded partner experiences powered by APIs and widgets.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the digital acquisition strategy and roadmap across web, mobile, and partner experiences.
  • Drive improvements across the acquisition funnel, including awareness, consideration, purchase, activation, and upsell.
  • Build experimentation into a core product capability through A/B testing, rapid hypothesis validation, and continuous optimization.
  • Establish a culture of data-driven decision making by partnering with Engineering and Analytics to prioritize and measure experiments.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating growth opportunities and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Own product strategy for corporate, airline, hotel, travel, and other strategic partner experiences.
  • Lead embedded acquisition experiences including partner widgets, APIs, co-branded purchase flows, and white-label integrations.
  • Partner with Business Development to launch new acquisition channels and maximize partner performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Design, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Security to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business goals into an actionable product roadmap.
  • Define KPIs and communicate product performance, learnings, and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders.

What You're Great At:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of growth, acquisition, commerce, or marketplace products.
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition funnels, including SEO, SEM, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, checkout, onboarding, activation, and upsell.
  • Experience building and scaling experimentation programs using A/B testing and hypothesis-driven product development.
  • Experience owning customer acquisition platforms, eCommerce systems, experimentation platforms, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Experience building products that leverage APIs, embedded experiences, widgets, SDKs, or strategic partner integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to balance customer experience, business outcomes, and technical complexity while influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting product strategy and results to executive leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward experimentation, learning, and measurable outcomes.

How You'll be Rewarded:

Our offices are bright and energetic with an open concept and plenty of conference rooms and casual co-working spaces. We also offer catered lunches every day and have fully stocked kitchens. Outside of the office, we invest in your well-being and learning & development with stipends and reimbursement programs.

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, family-building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support), flexible time off, annual wellness stipend, free OneMedical memberships for you and your dependents, a CLEAR Plus membership, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
