Essential Responsibilities- Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of impactful product features.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a high-performing product culture.
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
- Minimum - 5 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
- Preferred - 5 (specific domain)
In Lieu of Education- 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within (specific domain)
License/Certifications/Training- Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Compensation & Benefits:Typical hiring range: $92,600.00 to $144,100.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
