Full Job Description
Zensar is looking for an experienced a Lead Product Experience Strategist who will be responsible for improving product decision quality before development begins. This role ensures that product direction is grounded in real-world, end-to-end operational workflows (people, process, and systems) to drive measurable business value and clear differentiation.

Location: 3 Days Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze end-to-end operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, failure points, and workarounds
  • Quantify business impact, including time savings, cost avoidance, error reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Influence decisions on what to build, modify, defer, or stop prior to development
  • Define future-state workflows and experience direction to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Partner early with Product and Engineering teams to challenge assumptions using data and evidence
  • Support build vs. buy decisions based on workflow insights and business impact

Required Experience
  • 7-10+ years in product strategy, experience strategy, service design, UX strategy, or strategy-focused product management

  • Demonstrated experience quantifying business impact and communicating outcomes clearly
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
  • Experience in healthcare or other complex/regulated environments is preferred
