Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent with 7+ years in power electronics; 3+ years in PoL product definition and development
• Strong foundation in power conversion topologies, devices, magnetics, and control-loop design
• Expertise in selecting and applying MOSFETs, gate drivers, capacitors, and inductors for PoL applications
• Proficient with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or SIMetrix
• Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, function generators, and network analyzers
• Collaborative and customer-centered; proactive in addressing design challenges and engaging with multiple teams
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and marketing teams to define PoL product requirements and specifications
• Co-develop PoL architectures and control strategies; specify essential components
• Perform system- and circuit-level simulations to verify design concepts
• Collaborate with IC design teams to implement product definitions and validate silicon
• Resolve technical challenges through simulations and hands-on testing
• Create evaluation boards, datasheets, and promotional materials to support go-to-market efforts
• Build customer relationships through regular engagements and provide advanced training
