You will work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team – a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives through Agile software development. You will work in close collaboration with team members and other stakeholders within Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience building complex Power Apps based applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. In addition, development of Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows and Power Pages websites is desired. As an Agile Scrumban team member, you will work with stakeholders to refine requirements, track your work on an agile board and ensure user needs are met within standards. You will report on progress of assigned work at daily developer team sessions.
- Responsibilities:
•Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Junior, Mid, and Senior Power Platform developers, providing technical guidance and enforcing development standards across an enterprise environment supporting 54 states and territories.
•Design, and deliver scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages solutions that meet complex mission requirements and align with enterprise architecture patterns.
•Develop Power BI Dashboards and visualizations
•Develop Power Automate and process workflows.
•Extend Model Driven Apps through C# Plugins, Web Resources and PCF Components.
•Collaborate closely with business owners and mission partners to refine requirements, identify process improvements, and rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions for stakeholder validation.
•Maintain team backlogs utilizing Issue/Project trackers such as ADO or Jira.
•Enforce ALM best practices across multiple government environments.
•Assist Business Analysts in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.
•Manage and respond to user tickets.
•Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
Qualifications:
Required:
•Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (ability to attain interim will be considered).
•College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
•Minimum of 7 years related technical experience.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
•Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethics, and a self-starter.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
•Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving sometimes complex technical challenges.
•Experience and comfort working on a Scrumban team in an Agile environment.
•Experience and comfort leading a high-performing team of developers.
•Works well with limited oversight.
•Expertise developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
•Development with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
•Extensive experience in developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
