The Lead Physician Advisor serves as the primary clinical resource for health information management and revenue cycle teams, ensuring accurate documentation, coding compliance, and optimal reimbursement. Provides guidance on clinical documentation improvement (CDI), utilization review, and regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration between physicians and operational teams. Develops strategies to enhance documentation quality, reduce denials, and support organizational goals for revenue integrity.
