The Physical Therapist Lead works under the direction of the Director of Therapy Services and/or the Supervisor of Therapy Services. The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care to all those patients referred for PT. The Physical Therapist participates in all team conferences, staff meetings and any other appropriate meetings deemed necessary by the specific unit. The Physical Therapist demonstrates competency to plan, initiate and evaluate care for patients in accordance with discipline specific therapy standards as defined by the Florida Department of Health, Board of PT. The Lead therapist provides instruction and assistance to all Team members and acts in compliance with the ethical conduct of the organization at all times.

Requirements:
• Masters Degree/DPT
• Current FL Licensed Physical Therapist
• 3+ years experience in a similarly sized hospital
