Job DescriptionThe Partner, Consolidations & Reporting - Operations leads the end-to-end delivery of financial reporting and planning processes within Oracle EPM, ensuring accurate, timely, and insight-driven outputs for senior leadership. This role owns standardized reporting for business reviews, board, and investor communications, while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting activities. Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning, and IT, the role drives system enhancements, ensures data integrity, and delivers actionable financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position also supports special projects and serves as a key backup to the Director of Consolidations & Reporting.

Responsibilities- Leads the end-to-end delivery of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting processes within Oracle EPM, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable outputs that support business decision-making.
- Owns the development and preparation of standardized reporting and presentation materials for monthly business reviews, board meetings, investor reporting, and other executive-level communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic relevance.
- Partners with Clinical Operations, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, run-rate analyses, and multi-year projections, delivering accurate data and insights to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Analyzes complex financial and operational data, develops meaningful analytics and ad hoc reporting, and provides recommendations and presentations to the CFO and senior leadership for financial, operational, and strategic reviews.
- Oversees Oracle EPM system administration and readiness, including system configurations, forms, business logic, data integrations, processing calendars, and system locking/unlocking activities to support accurate planning and reporting processes.
- Serves as the primary liaison with AIS and IT teams to drive system enhancements, optimize FP&A workflows, improve reporting capabilities, and strengthen data integrity across financial systems.
- Collaborates with Accounting and Finance teams to track, validate, and reconcile management adjustments, ensuring accurate mapping and reporting within consolidated financial results.
- Supports finance leadership and management on special projects, due diligence activities, and strategic initiatives by providing advanced financial analysis, modeling, and recommendations.
- Serves as the primary backup to the Director of Consolidations & Reporting, ensuring continuity of reporting, planning, and system administration responsibilities.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
- Extensive experience in managing the reporting and planning architecture & processes within the Oracle EPM System (Minimum 5 Years)
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, high-impact financial reporting initiatives and cross-functional collaborations in a complex organization
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities; adept at synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information.
- Possess a history of driving improvements through automation, system integration, and process optimization using complex enterprise level financial systems
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and other reporting and/or business intelligence reporting tools
- Highly organized and detail oriented
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university in a Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- 6 years experience in Finance related field required
- Experience in large, complex organizations and healthcare organizations preferred.
