Full Job Description
Short DescriptionThe Lead Technologist performs essential duties in one or more sub-specialties of the Clinical Laboratory in a highly competent manner. In addition, he/she provides technical expertise to staff and others and acts as the Manager’s designee in performing delegated tasks. The Lead Tech collaborates with the manager in making decisions in compliance with existing policies, procedures, or instructions. Experience Required

3-5 years clinical laboratory experience preferred.

Education RequirementsHIGH SCHOOL OR GEDBACHELORS License/Certification Requirements

Baccalaureate degree in biology or chemistry with 3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience may qualify.
