Job Requirements

POSITION: Lead Lean Analyst

What You Will Do:
• We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience with exposure to working with clients (in either operations or quality roles).
  • The Lean specialist will play a lead role in driving and facilitating workshops and process improvement projects along with client team by facilitating groups and teams, monitoring for sustainability, presenting results and recommendations, and developing metrics and measurement tools to improve operating processes toward greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The Lean specialist will be responsible for improvement projects related to process and continuous improvement in the areas of surface, subsurface (including operations), productivity, and cost using Lean methodologies and tools.
  • The Lean facilitator should have experience in conducting value stream maps/workflow analysis and applying statistical process control concepts
  • Within area of responsibility analyses current work practices to identify areas for improvement and educate client as to how to improve business and manufacturing processes.
  • Devise and test solutions and roll out new ways of working.
  • Participate in Lean health checks and go/no goes.
  • Support with process mapping, value stream mapping, identifying inefficiencies in productivity with a particular focus on layouts and sequencing.
  • Recommend to management changes that can cut waste from operating procedures.
  • Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support teams to solve problems.
  • Demonstrate performance excellence behaviors within the business and champion performance excellence.
  • Support the client business in establishing "best practice".
  • Is able to support client staff in the development and utilization of Lean methodologies and tools

SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
  • Must be able to independently develop, lead, and manage multiple lean projects
  • Must be able to conduct analysis, interpret data and facilitate projects with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to manage and interact effectively with diverse groups
  • Must have excellent customer engagement skills
  • Must be trained and preferably certified in Lean Methodologies
  • Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must have strong written and presentation skills
  • O&G domain background would be a plus


Work Experience

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 20% of travel is required.
