Position SummaryWe are seeking
three experienced Java Full Stack Developers to join an offshore POD supporting the development and enhancement of enterprise applications. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Apache Spark, and modern microservices architecture, with experience building scalable, cloud-enabled applications.
These contractors will collaborate closely with onsite architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular 8.
- Implement high-performance data processing solutions using Apache Spark.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL and MongoDB.
- Develop event-driven applications using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with onsite technical leads, architects, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
- Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions.
- Deliver high-quality software with a strong focus on First Time Right and Zero Defects in Production.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams is preferred.
