Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Java Development
• 3 years in a technical lead role
• Proficiency in AWS services, particularly AWS Glue
• Experience in microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Ability to analyze legacy applications and define target state design/architecture
• Experience with OAuth patterns and testing frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with client-facing experience
• Leadership and mentoring abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Java-based applications
• Integrate AWS services, focusing on Glue and data services
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical guidance
• Engage in SCRUM ceremonies and planning sessions
• Support data infrastructure needs and integrate seamlessly with other technologies
• Make technical decisions and guide project direction
• Facilitate grooming of stories and solve complex technical challenges
