Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Lead IT Business Analyst - Global Serialization will make an impact: The Lead IT Business Analyst – Global Serialization will be responsible for the planning, execution, and continued operation of Viatris Serialization initiative Globally at all internal manufacturing sites, Packaging sites and Distribution Centers. Working closely with the Global IT cross -functional Teams and Business SMEs from Engineering, Packaging, Quality and Serialization teams, they will coordinate the implementation of the IT aspects of the Serialization projects along with the end-to-end business processes. The candidate must be able to understand when and who to escalate risks and issues, influence people to work without having direct reporting lines, multitask, and be change-oriented. Key responsibilities for this role include: 37 Provide oversight and or participation in projects involving development and deployment of Serialization functionality for blue printing, realization, testing, change management, compliance, business transition to the future processes - to ensure their robustness and consistency, this includes roll outs and hyper care. 37 Work with affiliated business owners and development team within the Manufacturing area to communicate with users, business analysts, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Supply chain, and information technology personnel regarding issue resolution and the impact of system changes. 37 Utilize understanding of integration points with SAP ATTP, SAP S/4 HANA, ERP systems and grasp the impact of all proposed system changes. 37 Authors validation documents such as risk assessments, user requirements, configuration specs, review validation plan, and execute IQ/OQ. 37 Ensure the robustness and quality of Serialization and Automated systems with governance and change management. 37 Elicits requirements using interviews, analysis of documents, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis and other relevant techniques. 37 Assist in testing medium to high complexity solutions, assessing risks, and analyzing impacts for resolving system issues. 37 Provide business process analysis support. Including process mapping, functional analysis, and implementation strategies while identifying areas of continuous improvement to support business processes. 37 Resolve system issues, that could adversely impact the business, in a timely and effective manner by engaging relevant internal IT and external vendor teams.a0 37 Responsible for managing all reported incidents and issue resolutions as per agreed up on SLAs. 37 Preform health check on the Serialization Level 3 systems and manage deployment of Break fixes, Enhancements, System upgrades, Monthly and Quarterly maintenance activities at both application and database level. 37 Deliver training and maintain training records, update SOPs, Work Instructions and Job-Aids to ensure continuous improvements. 37 Responsible for user access management of Various Packaging site server Level 3 solutions. 37 Work with CSV and IT Quality for User access Review and Periodic review of Global Serialization packaging and Enterprise solutions. 37 Plan and execute deployment of Serialization Level 2 and Level 3 solutions in Viatris landscape during M26A / TSA Exit projects. 37 Define a strategy for Level 2 and Level 3 serialization systems carve-out during divestors and site closures. 37 Leads the on-site implementation of Serialization Systems with local IT teams: Networking/firewall/database/platform requests for procurement and installation of Line, site manager configuration / support. 37 Develops training materials and assist in training delivery Globally. The minimum qualifications for this role are: 37 Minimum of a Bachelors degree required. 37 2 years experience in Serialization Packaging L2 / L3 deployment and validation required. 37 2 years experience in Global Serialization 6 US DSCSA, EU FMD required. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $127,000.
