Job Title: Lead Integration Engineer - III (REMOTE) Job Location: Richmond, VA
Qualifications:
Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing an Enterprise Vault system.
Associate's degree in information technology or a closely related field from a technical/vocational school, an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Intermediate understanding of Privileged Access Management and an Enterprise credential vault application required.
Performs most work independently with general supervision and direction.
May consult with management or more senior staff in decision making.
3 years of experience preferred with an enterprise level vault system support team.
Additional Information:
Candidates living within 2 hours of a Client Bank location will work on-site 50% of their normal schedule and the remainder from home.
Key Activities:
Installs, updates, maintains, monitors, and tests the operation of systems and applications, including, but not limited to, server back-up support, vulnerability management, change/problem management, and/or asset management.
Provides technical support (typically 2nd or 3rd level support) by troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting incidents related to the end-user, systems, applications, and/or hardware.
Provide recommendations to customers regarding direction of systems and applications to help secure access, data and assets.
Provide accurate and timely response to customer requests for services and support.
Leverage a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to:
Logical access controls
Identity and access management
Directories (AD, LDAP, etc.)

Understand and troubleshoot encryption (SSL/TLS), web traffic, and packet analysis.

Assume subject matter expert role for privileged identity management services and technologies.
May partner with other IT teams and/or vendors to resolve incidents. Evaluates, recommends, and/or implements new hardware and software products to business areas/customers to improve efficiency, reliability, or to provide new services.
Reviews and/or create application system documentation (e.g., processes, procedures, system flow diagrams) for supported product.
Participates in District and/or System projects and/or workgroups.
On-call support required on a rotating basis, which might necessitate additional work outside of normal business hours.
