Job Description:- Low-Voltage Installation Technician/Foreman
You Are:- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined, leading teams, and always curious how things work.
You Have:- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location:- 1300 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA 94070
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
Your Schedule:- Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
- Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Your Manager:Your Contribution to Regent5:- Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Supervise & Mentor Techs/Apprentices
- Coordinate with other trades to maintain schedule and ensure execution
- Oversee Job Site Safety
- Ensure proper project closeout and deliverables
You May Come From...- AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
- Security Installation
- Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
- Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
- Electrician (HV or LV)
