Job Summary
A Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and compliance. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, solution design capabilities, API integrations, AI-enabled solutions, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven applications, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Build and manage Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to automate business processes.
• Design scalable application architectures, data models, business logic, workflows, and end-to-end integrations.
• Develop and integrate APIs, connectors, Microsoft 365 services, websites, and external systems.
• Implement AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, and GenAI capabilities to support intelligent automation and business use cases.
• Support application lifecycle management through solution packaging, DevOps practices, and deployments across environments.
• Work with GitHub and Azure DevOps pipelines to support CI/CD and Power Platform deployments.
• Develop and maintain data integrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, storage containers, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
• Work with Azure Blob Storage, file systems, and other storage solutions for data exchange and integration requirements.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows aligned with business requirements and end-user needs.
• Implement security roles, data access policies, and appropriate controls for Power Platform solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable healthcare data security and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and PHI handling.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Mentor peers, promote Power Platform best practices, and support sustainable adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• Experience working with APIs, connectors, and integrations with websites and external systems.
• Experience designing scalable application architectures, data models, business logic, and workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and external system integrations.
• Experience with AI Builder and AI-enabled business use cases.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution packaging, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps pipelines and managing deployments across environments.
• Hands-on experience with ADF and SSIS.
• Experience working with Azure Blob Storage, file systems, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
• Strong understanding of data security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and GenAI capabilities.
• Experience implementing AI Builder use cases and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and enterprise-wide Power Platform adoption.
• Experience mentoring peers and promoting Power Platform development best practices.
