As a Lead Global Integrated Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping how our global supply chain performs. What You'll Do- Lead reverse logistics strategy, including returns, refurbishment, and redistribution planning
- Drive end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and NPI
- Apply predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioning
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain performance reporting and dashboards
- Evaluate impacts of promotions, warranty, and market changes on demand
- Implement demand and supply realignment processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams including commercial, finance, and manufacturing
- Influence strategic decisions to improve service levels and cost efficiency
- Communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators
- Support IBP processes and planning initiatives
What We're Looking ForRequired:- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, or related supply chain functions
- Strong expertise in forecasting, predictive analytics, and large-scale data management
- Proven ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:- Experience with reverse logistics and global supply chain operations
- Familiarity with SQL or relational databases
- APICS, CPIM, Lean, or similar certifications
- Experience influencing cross-functional collaborators and driving critical initiatives
- Background in an innovation-focused or manufacturing environment

Pay Range$73,500 - $136,500 per year
