What does a Lead Finance Business Partner do at Swire Coca - Cola?
The Lead Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role as a strategic partner to business leaders, actively contributing to the achievement of organizational goals through the identification and implementation of cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives This role involves conducting comprehensive business case analyses to inform and guide effective decision-making Additionally, the Finance Manager serves as a key subject matter expert, ensuring the realization of enterprise targets and providing valuable insights to support the overall success of the business

Responsibilities:
  • Drives process excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of operational excellence/lean approach, including KPI insights
  • Leads business planning and forecasting leveraging business requirements, and improved productivity by leveraging internal and external insights
  • Finance leader in functional and/or regional management routines
  • Drives proactive solutions based on trend analysis, risks, and opportunities, and utilizes management routines to review deviation and trend analysis, risk, opportunities
  • Partner with functional and/or regional management to develop business objectives and key results
  • Cross functional finance business partnership to ensure alignment
  • Develop, oversee, and business case development for capital investments
  • Promote a clear understanding of financial metrics and operational levers to develop financial acumen across the organization
