B.S. degree in Engineering and a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience necessary.

This position will report to the Granger plant. However, business needs may dictate future assignments.

Demonstrate safety as a number one priority
Capital Plan Preparation and Capital Project Execution
Oversees the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process
Leads Continuous Cost Improvement (CCI) efforts
Coordinates Engineering
Oversees the Management of Change (MOC) Process
Provides relief for Production Supervisors, Production Manager, and Unit Manager
Participates in process and safety improvements
Demonstrates technical leadership
Develops technical direct reports
Activities
Prepares capital plan, and coordinates capital projects
Maintains engineering standards and compliance
Leads and drives CCI for the Granger Plant
Provides direction on technical activities in the Granger Plant
Assists in optimization of operational plant efficiency and production rates
Identifies and follows through with cost savings and efficiency improvement projects
Assists with reliability efforts
Provides mentorship and guidance to developing engineers.
Participates in area safety efforts
Provides technical training to operators or staff
Trains plant personnel on new equipment, procedures, and processes as required
Performs weekend duty as required
Assists with investigation and resolution of customer complaints
Supports ISO 9000 efforts, including internal auditing
Skill, Capability and Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent and B.S. degree in Engineering required.
3 + years engineering experience
