Lead Network Program Manager driving a portfolio of strategic telecom initiatives across parallel workflows, requiring rapid prioritization and execution. Builds real-time visibility from the ground up using Power BI, MS Project, and JIRA, and delivers concise, executive-ready insights from complex technical and financial data. Influences cross-functional teams across Telecom, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to align and deliver results without direct authority. Proactively identifies risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to support decision-making, and operates as a self-starter capable of creating structure, project plans, and scalable workflows in ambiguous environments.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
