Job Title: Software Engineer 4 (Lead .NET Web Developer)
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in a week)
Description:
• Developer will be on the Microsoft stack including Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform on the conflicts team
• This is a lead-level .NET web developer to design and develop a new application using Microsoft components which will be the new Conflicts platform. Candidate should be capable of working independently, as well as with team members, business analysts, management, and other technical staff to develop complex applications, including ASP.NET web sites and Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Responsibilities:
This role will support development and support projects and will be responsible for:
1. Application Design
• Participates in SCRUM for development effort, departmental technical procedures, and user guides.
• nalyzes requirements specific to the technical needs of the application.
• ssures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
2. Development and testing
• Develop simple technology solutions for complex business requirements.
• Verifies program logic by developing automated unit test coverage. Participates in code and security peer reviews.
• Support quality assurance.
3. Deployment
• Participates in overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production.
4. Other requirements
• Participates in process refinement for the entire software development life cycle.

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of web development experience which includes the programming/development in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• 2+ years experience working with large scale and multi-tenancy environment of Dynamics CRM and SQL Server
• 4+ years experience in client-side scripting using JavaScript, JQuery, and React.
