We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Lead Divisional Resource Planner in Strategy and Governance to drive strategic workforce planning, governance, and resource optimization across a global Technology organization while partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Technology Leadership & Strategy position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for driving innovation, developing technology roadmaps, and providing vision and strategic direction to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and transformation across the organization.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of resource planners setting team goals and KPIs; manage performance and career development

  • Own and execute divisional workforce strategy, including staffing governance, labor budgeting, headcount analytics, and multi-year location strategy

  • Oversee resource transactions (hiring, internal mobility, vendor onboarding/offboarding) in alignment with divisional and firmwide workforce objectives and policies

  • Synthesize complex workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Support governance forums and workforce review cycles with high-quality materials and analysis

  • Serve as a strategic, trusted partner to senior business managers, CAOs, and Chiefs of Staff on long-term workforce planning. Respond to ad hoc senior-level requests with clear, concise, and executive-ready outputs

  • Collaborate with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Finance, and Vendor Management to ensure seamless workforce operations

  • Maintain high data integrity across systems and proactively address discrepancies and exceptions

  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation across resource planning and reporting workflows. Champion adoption of planning tools, data platforms, and reporting capabilities

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 8–12 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, business management, procurement, or project coordination within financial services or technology. Must have proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives in large, global organizations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, HR, or a related field

  • Deep understanding of labor budgeting, requisition governance, workforce strategy, and operational planning processes and modeling long-term workforce plan

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis capabilities across multiple systems, specifically with the skills to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights and recommendations

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders

  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential initiatives while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and HR

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholders

  • Comfort learning new tools and technologies; experience with workforce or vendor management systems is an asset

Knowledge of French and English is required.
