  • Analyze system performance, transaction flows, and dependencies to identify bottlenecks and drive data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and achieve strategic objectives
  • Drive modernization of transaction processing platforms (e.g., TMS and posting engines) to improve throughput, resiliency, and scalability
  • Drive operational excellence by reducing defects, minimizing rework, and simplifying workflows
  • Ensure solutions align with data governance, regulatory, and security requirements
  • Evaluate and refine digital strategy, customer experience, and product capabilities using data and research insights
  • Independently resolve complex issues and provide guidance on escalated challenges
  • Influence and execute digital strategy based on business needs, risk considerations, and evolving priorities
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver complex digital initiatives and achieve enterprise-wide outcomes
  • Lead large-scale planning efforts and define clear, actionable roadmaps
  • Oversee execution of digital programs, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Own end-to-end transaction lifecycle capabilities, including authorization, memo posting, and final posting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, on product strategy and execution for Authorization & Posting, aligned to the Data Transformation & Delivery and Telephone Inquiry Systems-XQ team, to deliver reliable, scalable transaction processing solutions
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation
