As a Digital Advisory Lead, you will drive transformative digital strategies across advisory engineering, planning, and infrastructure portfolios. This role shapes client and helps these clients thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Your Impact
  • Lead the development and rollout of digital advisory strategies across planning, advisory, asset management, and infrastructure projects.
  • Bridge technical and business leadership by shaping a cohesive digital advisory go-to-market strategy, engaging directly with clients and driving growth of the service offering.
  • Guide the integration of digital solutions and technologies into planning, advisory, design, and operations workflows.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to align digital strategy with business needs and client outcomes.
  • Oversee execution of digital initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide trusted strategic guidance on digital transformation.

  • 10+ years in digital transformation, engineering consulting, or advisory environments.
  • Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen, with experience supporting the growth and positionin of digital or technnology-enabled service offerings.
  • Proven experience working with clients on digital initiatives, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and delivering innovative digital solutions.
  • Expertise in BIM, AI, IoT, cloud platforms, digital twins, automation, PMIS, and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to lead organizational change, build alignment across functions, and empower digital teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into compelling value for executive, technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to align digital strategy with real-world project, business outcomes, and market needs.
Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$122,900 - $162,800

MB & ON:
$112,100 - $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$104,500 - $140,700
