Job Details

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead the standardization of application deployments, containerization, and release processes across our organization. In this role, you'll design and implement consistent, repeatable deployment pipelines that eliminate the friction and inconsistency that comes from teams each rolling their own solutions. You'll containerize applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like ECS or Kubernetes, establish shared CI/CD frameworks, and create the tooling and documentation that empowers engineering teams to ship reliably and confidently. Working closely with development, infrastructure, and platform teams, you'll define best practices and golden paths that make the right way the easy way.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with modern DevOps tooling - CI/CD systems (such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - along with a strong track record of driving adoption of standardized processes at scale. You should be comfortable balancing technical depth with cross-team collaboration, since much of this role involves influencing how other engineers work and building consensus around shared standards. Beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who is pragmatic, communicative, and genuinely motivated by making other teams more productive. If you enjoy turning deployment chaos into a smooth, self-service experience for the entire organization, we'd love to hear from you.
