Technical Skills Primary

Primary Technologies MS Azure Fabric ADF pyspark python

Database Technologies SQL MS SQL Server Relational Databases

Adherence to Application Development Documentation Best Practices

Experience in conducting Design Code Reviews

Strong experience on ETL concepts

Strong Hands on coding experience on primary technology

Build and manage Lakehouse architecture and data models in OneLake

Optimize data processing using PySpark and distributed computing techniques

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Understanding on Snowflake Platform

Experience on working with XML JSON file

Familiar with Agile software development methodologies preferable JIRA

Job Duties

Experience in understanding the business need and designing their Data Analytics platform

Implement data ingestion transformation and orchestration workflows using Fabric data factory

Ensure data quality governance and security across pipelines

Experience in delivery of complex consulting projects in Data Analytics practices

Should have good understanding of data technology and organizational challenges facing Financial Risk and Operations

Facilitate the discovery of entities attributes relationships and business rules from the functional experts and the user community

Understand potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems processes or projects Articulates and document data designs considering tradeoffs cost and benefits

Drive technical vision and architecture designs to consensus across multiple teams

Experience on data migration from OnPrem databases to Cloud

Soft Skills

As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills

Insurance Domain Knowledge

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders

Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation

Ability to manage offshore team work and code review

Ability to understand usercustomer requirement and provide technical solution
