GlobalLogic estimates the starting base salary for the remote Senior Data Engineer position in the USA to be between $120000 to $130000 and reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. Delivery Leadership & Project Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives.
Manage project plans, delivery timelines, sprint execution, and work allocation.
Coordinate activities across Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and QA resources.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.
Drive successful execution from requirements through deployment and business adoption.
Data Engineering Leadership
Lead development and support of enterprise data pipelines and integrations.
Oversee data ingestion from multiple source systems into Databricks.
Manage development of Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer datasets.
Review Source-to-Target mappings and transformation logic.
Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance of data solutions.
Drive adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Analytics & Reporting Delivery
Lead development of semantic models and Power BI reporting solutions.
Ensure consistency of business KPIs, measures, and reporting logic.
Support dashboard development, testing, and deployment activities.
Coordinate report enhancements and analytics backlog delivery.
Promote reusable and scalable reporting solutions across business domains.
