Lead Data Analyst

Role Profile
Experience: 8-10 years
Location: United States, Eastern Time Zone

Primary Technical Skills
• Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Data analysis, trend identification, and generation of actionable business insights.
• QlikView dashboard development, data visualization, data modeling, scripting, and performance optimization.
• Requirements gathering and business analysis.
• KPI development, metric definition, and reporting-framework design.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
• Data-quality analysis and data reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills for analytical reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Effective use of AI tools to support day-to-day analytical activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
• Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.

• Support high-priority initiatives, including dashboard redesign, modernization, and advanced analytical work.
• Translate business questions into actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Define, monitor, and improve KPIs and business metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis, data validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

• Participate in requirements workshops, solution-design discussions, effort estimation, and prioritization activities.

• Maintain documentation for business rules, metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting solutions.
