A DAY IN THE LIFE
Manages the end-to-end rental lifecycle of cranes, including executing purchase orders, scheduling and coordinating transport for these orders on/off the job site, executing rental agreements, and resolving complex quality and invoice issues. Ensures assets land at the lowest total cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need. Individual acts as not only a SME on cranes and their day-to-day functionality and capabilities but also understands the intricacies of load outs for transport, PM schedules, right-sizing assets, and other varied topics.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Plans, generates, adjusts and expedites purchase orders based upon field requisitions, project insights, shifting schedule needs, and market availability.
- Executes buy, lease, or rent based on Crane Management Strategy.
- Schedules and coordinates transportation of cranes to appropriate locations.
- Initiates, maintains, and nurtures key supplier relationships in a high-demand and low-supply asset class to leverage partnerships based on business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in crane rentals, crane purchasing, crane operations, or related Supply Chain/crane functions required.

$100,561.00 - $145,814.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
