Lead ConsultantAs a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting leadership & subject matter expertise to the IT teams within global technology and financial services verticals. You will be in a client facing project management/consulting role, with strong expertise in planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience
- Location for this position is Tampa,FL. This position may require relocation/travel to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications: - Atleast 5 years of experience in manage stakeholders, internal relationships with executive team and personnel, as well as external clients, brokers, and vendors.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in developing technology and execution strategies
- Extensive experience in conduct requirements workshops/ current system study leveraging domain expertise, leading small/medium engagements and providing inputs on process analysis and high-level fit gap for product/ process.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and support in mapping these requirements to the process and leading the analysis of requirements to deliver solution alternatives.
- Experience in providing subject matter training and coaching the team members to enhance team capability
- Experience in reviewing system appreciation documents, supporting in knowledge transfer methodology and capability building
- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and finalizing projects, ensuring compliance with standards and advocating for modern project delivery methods.
- Experience in acquiring and coordinating resources, including team members and contractors and managing teams across multiple locations, for high-level projects.
- Expertise in Lean Agile methodologies and related tools such as Jira
