The Performance Improvement Healthcare Consulting team helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainable results by addressing margin erosion through targeted improvement strategies. By aligning strategic, operational, and financial initiatives, they identify opportunities and support leadership in implementing impactful changes. With a focus on strengthening margins, the team empowers providers to fulfill their mission and thrive in today's evolving healthcare environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including:
    • Clinical operations and workforce optimization
    • Workforce productivity and expense evaluations
    • Detailed service line analyses
    • System throughput enhancement
  • Facilitate client communications and coordinate updates to workplans and engagement deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, agreements, research, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage projects by coordinating timelines and deliverables for successful execution
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover actionable insights and create compelling visualizations.
  • Drive improvements in system throughput, workforce productivity, and organizational structure.
  • Develop tailored deliverables to drive impactful outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and efficiency improvement strategies
  • Experience with data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Prior consulting experience, including advising clients on process optimization, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives

Illinois Wage Transparency

Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
