We are seeking a Lead Construction Manager to oversee the $10 billion AI Data Center project in Indiana County. This role is critical to delivering one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region.
• Provide overall site leadership for construction, ensuring compliance with design, schedule, and budget.
• Direct and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Enforce rigorous safety practices, including OSHA and site-specific protocols.
• Interface with HDR leadership and client representatives on project progress and milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in power plant construction, with deep expertise in simple cycle, combined cycle facilities, and/or reciprocating plants
• Proven ability to manage billion-dollar or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Required: OSHA 30, AED/First Aid certification, valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must be adaptable to rural/small-town environments with diverse worker populations
Nice to have/ what to look out for:
• Look for candidates with direct hire management experience of 500+ craft workers.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project).
• Prior site manager or project manager titles
