About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Project Management / Data Analytics professional (Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist) within Wholesale Operations. In this role you will support data-driven initiatives, enhance operational performance, and deliver strategic insights through structured project execution and advanced analytics.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a variety of project management and data analytics activities supporting complex business initiatives
  • Serve as a primary liaison and collaborate with Business, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned to business needs
  • Design, execute, and manage analytics projects, including data sourcing, validation, analysis, and reporting deliverables
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics to monitor business performance and identify opportunities
  • Serve as an escalation point for data and project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project delivery, data governance, and ongoing process optimization
  • Analyze complex business problems, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in all analytics and project activities
  • Partner with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to drive project execution, resolve issues, and support broader strategic initiatives
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a strong understanding of data, business processes, and project management principles to meet deliverables and advance new initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines
