Job Description:We're looking for a
Lead CMS Business Analyst to help drive enterprise-scale CMS implementations for global brands. In this role, you'll partner with clients, product teams, designers, architects, and developers to deliver innovative digital experiences that power modern content ecosystems.

What You'll DoPartner with Clients and Stakeholders- Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Facilitate product roadmap discussions and help define priorities
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and business teams
- Guide user acceptance testing and gather feedback throughout delivery
- Bring clarity and structure to complex business challenges
Drive CMS Strategy and Delivery- Serve as a trusted CMS subject matter expert
- Define and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Create content models, process flows, and supporting documentation
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements
- Support roadmap planning, backlog management, and sprint activities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive alignment across teams
Collaborate Across Disciplines- Work closely with strategy, design, engineering, and product teams
- Partner with architects and developers on API-driven and headless CMS implementations
- Identify risks and recommend solutions proactively
- Create training materials and support adoption efforts
- Help ensure successful project outcomes from discovery through launch
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications- Experience supporting enterprise web, digital, or content platform initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Contentstack, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar headless CMS platforms
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for teams and clients
Preferred Qualifications- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager supporting digital initiatives
- Agency or consulting experience
- Content modeling and information architecture expertise
- Experience with APIs, headless architecture, and platform integrations
- Experience working alongside developers and architects to deliver scalable CMS solutions
- Familiarity with multi-environment publishing workflows and enterprise content governance
Tools and Technologies- Contentstack, Contentful, Sitecore, and other modern CMS platforms
- Jira and Confluence
- Figma and other design collaboration tools
- Miro, Lucid, or process-mapping solutions
- API-first and headless content architectures

You have experience with content modeling, publishing workflows, and partnering with technical teams on API-driven solutions. The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $110,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
