Lead Client Partner - Business Development
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and translate them into winning proposals for Genpact and its customers.
Generate new leads and provide guidance and thought leadership on business issues facing C-level executives.
Penetrate new strategic accounts for Genpact and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and drive strategic sales initiatives for Genpact, understanding the marketplace and competitors' offerings.
Leverage networks to create opportunities by identifying leads within customer organizations globally.
Build and maintain CxO-level relationships within customer organizations to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Provide insights into customer financials and business strategies, contributing to operational teams to enhance the customer's performance.
Cross-sell Genpact's products, ensuring greater growth penetration and maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
210,000 to 300,000 USD
