Lead Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide clinical and administrative leadership for its comprehensive ambulatory psychiatry services.
This role includes direct patient care and program oversight across:
- General Outpatient Psychiatry (preschool through age 25)
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Mary W. Parker Autism Center
Candidates with expertise or a special interest in
Autism Spectrum Disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, pediatric psychopharmacology, and family-centered care are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities - Lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment
- Collaborate with psychology, social work, family therapy, speech therapy, and case management teams
- Support program development, quality initiatives, and clinical operations
- Participate in statewide psychiatric consultation services
- Inpatient call opportunities available

Qualifications: Qualifications - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
Preferred - Experience in outpatient psychiatric care and clinical leadership
- Expertise in psychopharmacology and evidence-based treatment
- Broad experience in day-to-day operations of a comprehensive ambulatory program
- Administrative leadership skills
