Your responsibilities will include:- Leading surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments to ensure readiness for every procedure
- Scrubbing in and supporting surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, anticipating needs and maintaining a safe, sterile environment
- Guiding and mentoring surgical technologists, serving as a role model while training new team members and reinforcing best practices
- Overseeing quality and safety by managing counts, handling specimens, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards
- Driving teamwork and efficiency through effective communication, rapid problem-solving, and support for on-call and emergency cases
What qualifications you will need:- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist - REQUIRED
- 5 years experience
