Responsible for documenting existing operations and practices; analyzing those operations and practices against documented best practices and developing a plan of actions and milestones to evolve to the best practices.
Acts as a member of a team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.
Requirements:
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
Must hold an AGILE certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) (ideally agile based) certification or equivalent.
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
