Full Job Description
The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst for Volvo Car Financial Services (VCFS) is a highly visible role providing analytical support to the sales and marketing teams for both VCFS, Volvo Car USA and Polestar Financial Services. You will be part of an empowered and innovative team with the freedom to innovate for the future success of VCFS.

This role is for a person who likes to work in a flexible, analytical environment designed with the freedom to develop new reporting and statistical models or enhance current reporting methods. You will be part of defining the company's data, analytics and data architecture strategies by providing intelligent products, services, tools and value measures. You will be able to foster the adoption of a data-driven culture within the company.

What you'll do
• Implementation and ongoing management of VCFS reporting module of key business objectives including but not limited to sales volumes, finance penetration, credit application performance, market share, customer retention and customer satisfaction at defined intervals.
• Maintain and coordinate all technical data streams and APIs necessary for reporting tabulation including FTP uploads, file extracts and delivery dates
• Develop and maintain automated workflows to augment the current audit processes impacting various budgets
• Collect, calibrate and correct all retailer inquiries regarding Volvo360 groundings, pricing and eligibility
• Review, authorize and automate all VCFS sponsored bonus and incentive programs for timely reimbursement
• Audit, validate and process all VCFS Lease Pull Ahead inquiries on a monthly basis
• Support the remarketing portfolio VCUSA and VCFS business units utilizing AutoVIN end-of-term inspection data to predict excess wear and use damage trends
• Monitor and prepare sales penetration metrics of VIP assurance products together and applicable incentives programs
• Lead the development and maintenance of our data visualization platform, Microsoft Power BI, across all areas of business
• Provide support for VCFS Management team including presentation materials for all internal and external meetings
• Act as internal support for VCFS Market Managers by providing business development tools, ad-hoc reporting or any other necessities.

What you'll bring

Education:
• BA/BS in Data Analytics, Data Science or equivalent work experience

Experience / Skillset
• 5 - 7 years of working experience within Enterprise data at scale, Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Data analytics experience utilizing Expert Excel, SQL, Toad and API Interactions; Python or R language looked-for
• Data visualization dashboard development in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Business acumen accustomed to translating data analytics into directional presentations or findings to Executive Management
• Ability to develop data-driven insights through internal data sets while connecting external, public data
• Experience in financial services and automotive sectors are highly desirable

Salary Range
• $82,947 to $154,044
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
