JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining project/product requirements, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration to ensure solutions meet business objectives. The individual will manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, develop effective change control processes, and communicate complex information clearly to project teams and stakeholders. This position also involves mentoring junior Business Analysts and participating in new business identification and solution recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to understand and define their needs and objectives, ensuring they are actionable.
• Plan and execute business analysis approaches for complex situations.
• Design, define, and test project/product requirements.
• Perform multiple roles within prescribed methodologies.
• Establish regular meeting cadences to assess progress.
• Engage stakeholders to gain consensus on results.
• Create software requirements artifacts and deliverables.
• Communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Develop and implement effective change control processes for requirements and designs.
• Determine appropriate levels of abstraction for business analysis information in complex environments.
• Align complex requirements with design, with support from a Lead BA if available.
• Leverage BA knowledge areas to solve business problems.

• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, current/future state diagrams, and functional/technical requirements in user stories.
• Apply an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Develop innovative approaches for using new tools, templates, and processes.
• Develop a network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the organization.
• Practice innovative ways of performing BA tasks.
