DutiesHelp
- Research, compile and summarize data as needed to formulate or revise the annual budget.
- Assist Budget Officer with Resource Planning Tool (RPT) monthly and uploads RPT each month into the Financial Management Information system (FMIS).
- Draft procedural guidance to department, division, and clinic managers concerning the format for submission of annual estimates of funding needs.
- Train or arrange for the training of team members in methods and techniques of team building.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes
utilizing automated systems to extract financial data for reports, analyzing budgets to resolve problems, and applying budgeting regulations or policies to advise management on a budgetary management system.Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience aloneno substitution of education for experience is permitted.
