About the Role

Are you driven to deliver operational excellence and ensure the flawless production of one of the world's most advanced aircraft?

As Lead - Boeing 787 Production, you will be based in Charleston, South Carolina, where you will oversee the build, quality, and readiness of Riyadh Air's growing Dreamliner fleet.

In this role, you will be the central liaison between Riyadh Air, Boeing, and other key stakeholders, ensuring our 787s meet the highest safety, performance, and delivery standards. You will coordinate production oversight, monitor progress, resolve technical and operational challenges, and guarantee aircraft are delivered on time and to specification.

You can expect to manage production schedules, oversee inspections, ensure compliance with FAA and GACA requirements, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Riyadh Air's world-class quality and safety standards. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring seamless entry-into-service and maintaining our commitment to operational excellence.

This is a pivotal role where your expertise and attention to detail will directly shape the foundation of Riyadh Air's fleet and guest experience.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in aircraft production, assembly, or delivery, ideally on the Boeing 787 program. You will bring a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and aircraft quality standards, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience with OEM production processes and direct collaboration with Boeing or other widebody manufacturers would be advantageous.
