Full Job Description
What's the position?

As Lead Analyst, you will own the analyses that answer the big questions driving Customer Operations forward. This is a hands-on role built for someone who is energized by complex problems, comfortable working independently, and produces analyses that are ready to act on.

You will own significant workstreams end to end, from framing the approach through to a finished product. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage a team, but you are expected to operate with the judgment and ownership that reflects your experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-complexity analyses across Customer Operations, including operational performance, customer behavior, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting that give stakeholders clear, accurate visibility into operational performance.
  • Structure complex business problems into clear analytical approaches and present findings in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work within defined analytical priorities to identify the right data, metrics, and methodology before building toward answers.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure the analytical approach addresses the right problem.
  • Identify trends and surface insights proactively, not only in response to requests.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analytical work while maintaining full ownership of the output and the judgment behind it.
  • Build data-backed analyses and business cases to support new initiatives, tooling, or resource decisions.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for metrics definitions, analytical methodologies, and recurring reports.
  • Validate data integrity and ensure analytical outputs are grounded in accurate, well-understood sources before drawing conclusions.
  • Collaborate with the BI team on shared data, metrics, and stakeholder context to ensure consistency across analyses.

What are we looking for?

Required
  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or an insights-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries across large datasets.
  • Advanced Tableau skills, including building dashboards and visualizations that are both accurate and stakeholder-ready.
  • Experience using AI tools within an analytical workflow, including prompt-based data exploration, AI-assisted analysis, or LLM-integrated tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous business problem and structure it into a clear analytical approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering analytical work independently, end to end, with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in iGaming, online sportsbook, casino, or a regulated industry environment.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.

Nice to have
  • Python experience, particularly for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, NumPy).
