The purpose of this role is to deliver analysis inline with client business objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong quantitative background, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform response analysis, ROI modeling, and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness and contribution to marketing mix
  • Develop customer segmentation models to identify optimal audience segments for targeted mail campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize creative, messaging, offers, and targeting strategies
  • Design, build, and maintain predictive models for direct mail campaign response rates, conversion, and customer lifetime value
  • Develop, implement, and maintain statistical and machine learning models using Python and SQL (Google BigQuery preferred)
  • Build simulation and forecasting applications to model campaign performance scenarios and optimize mailing lists
  • Create dashboards and automated reporting to track campaign metrics, KPIs, and monitor model health
  • Write efficient SQL queries and build data transformation pipelines to prepare customer and campaign data for analysis
  • Ensure data quality, harmonization, and compliance across analytical projects per financial services regulations
  • Design and maintain data models that support real-time and historical campaign analysis
  • Stay current on industry trends in marketing analytics, machine learning, and AI
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Google BigQuery preferred) and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Financial Services industry and experience working with product, transaction, and customer-level data.
  • Strong data structuring, and analytical problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Many of our employees who live within commuting distance (90 minutes) from one of our Headquarter or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role. Dentsu may designate other HQ or Hub offices at any time. Those who do not live near an office may be designated as a remote employee, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect you to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office from time to time.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$112,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
